Our no fix, no fee promise

With our Repair & Care plan, your initial repair will come with our no fix, no fee promise. So if we can’t fix your fault, or we deem your product to be beyond economic repair, we’ll give you a full refund. This feature is different for Hoover and Candy customers. Once your product is back up and running, Repair & Care provides ongoing maintenance and support, helping to keep your product running smoothly for longer.

Keeping your home running

Your product will receive an annual health check to help maintain it, as well as ongoing maintenance hints and tips to keep it in good working order. You’ll also have access to remote support if your product does encounter a problem.

When something goes wrong that remote support can’t help with, you’ll get onsite visits by expert engineers to address the issue. If we are unable to fix your product or we deem it to be beyond economic repair, we’ll arrange for a replacement that has the same or similar specifications. Installation costs are not included, and boiler replacements will be worth up to £750.

Additional accidental damage cover

Some brands are also covered for accidental damage, which is provided by Domestic & General Insurance PLC under a separate insurance policy. Please visit our brand pages to find out more.

Please note that some of the features detailed above are different for Hoover, Candy, Whirlpool, Indesit, Hotpoint and Cannon customers. Boiler plans also offer slightly different benefits.

Come segnalare un guasto
Se ha già un estensione di assistenza con Domestic & General e hai un problema con il tuo prodotto ecco come richiedere un intervento:
1. Chiamaci allo 02 30377198 e un nostro addetto al servizio clienti sarà felice di aiutarti. Assicurati di avere il numero del tuo contratto e una penna.
2. Per ogni riparazione autorizzata l’addetto ti fornirà il contatto di un tecnico autorizzato nella tua zona e un numero di riferimento per poter prenotare la visita del tecnico all’orario che preferisci.
3. Chiama il tecnico, fornisci il numero di riferimento e prendi appuntamento. Generalmente viene tutto pagato direttamente da noi, quindi non dovrai pagare altro.
